Mrs. Winter is woman dedicated to serving the people she represents. When I first contacted her she asked my wife and me what we wanted in a property, and began to search out homes for us. When we asked questions she put in any work she needed in order to find out the answer for us. She worked with us for over a year, most of it exclusive to telephone and e-mail contact, and kept abreast of our goals as they changed over that time. She would regularly scan the market and keep an eye out for potential properties for us. When we started to tour homes she would bring her expertise to the table, offering (but not pushing) her help and insights in choosing the best home for our family. In the end she found us a home that had a lot of potential for a low price. Even among more expensive and turn-key homes, she let us know which she thought was the best for us and stuck to that. All told Jolynn showed dedication, diligence, expertise, respect and concern for her customers, and the moral character to get put people before paychecks.
