Mary Lee - Buyer

Jolynn met with me this past weekend at my Lake Oswego condo to give me her evaluation and advise and where my condo stood in today's market. She did a comparison between my condo and others in the area which helped me to evaluate my personal situation, to stay put for a while or try to sell now. As much as I would love to sell now, I realized after speaking with Jolynn, and getting her "honest" evaluation, this would not be a sound decision at this time. She gave me what information I needed and the confidence to stay put for now.....we will meet again in 6 months time to evaluate the real estate market for condos in my area and continue to work together to get my place sold. Seriously, the honesty factor is so important to me in any financial dealings I am involved in, and I truly felt the honesty from Jolynn. Looking forward to our next meeting!!
