Jolynn was with us every step of the way from her first tour of our home until the last day after the closing papers were signed. She helped get the house ready for show, including kicking off her shoes and helping to arrange pictures, furniture, sweeping the deck, etc. She checked in regularly and offered encouragement when we were tired and even a little scared of the whole "selling a house" process. She had ideas but was not pushy. She allowed us to make our own decisions, using or not, her recommendations. She was knowledgeable of our neighborhood and the surrounding area. We had a flag lot attached to the lot our house was on and she was knowledge about the codes, requirements, etc. Jolynn was also responsive to our questions and answered them with expertise. She had a great sense of humor and added levity to any situation that came up, Our house was sold fast and we accepted an offer above the listed amount. We feel it was because of the way Jolynn handled the whole sale process.
