Working with Jolynn was such a good experience. She got us 6 offers on our house within the first 3 days of it being on the market, and we accepted one of those offers for WAY over asking price with a backup offer in place as well. I expected the whole process of selling to be incredibly stressful, but Jolynn made it such a smooth process. She also gave great advice on what to work on in the house before putting it on the market. Very COVID safe throughout the entire process as well.
We also used Jolynn when buying a new home and had another fantastic experience. We found a house we wanted and she worked tirelessly to get it for us. Again, the whole process went so smoothly we barely had to think about it. We never had to wonder where we were at in the process or were made to feel like we were in the dark. Her level of communication is top notch. She also gave us a lovely closing gift that was way above and beyond what most would do for their clients.
