For the sale of our house we interviewed four realtors and out of that we chose Jolynn. We are glad we did. To begin she is very knowledgeable of the market place. This in turn gave her the ability to price our home accurately. The result of this was that we sold our home in five days as well as getting a bit more over our asking price. Additionally Jolynn knows the process inside and out and is able to problem solve any issue quickly and thoroughly particularly with respect to contractors and repairs. We had a small problem regarding some work being done on our house; it was resolved within a couple of hours. Another strong point is that she has access to numerous resources. We couldn’t have been happier with the way Jolynn handled the sale of our home. She saved us thousands. When the buyer wanted us to replace the sewer, she brought in a specialist, and it was determined that it did not need to be replaced. They wanted us to replace some windows, and Jolynn proved there was nothing wrong with the windows. We tried to sell our house 'By Owner'. After several weeks of frustration Ms. Winter called my wife and offered to help. It was, without a doubt, the best decision we could have made. Jolynn was with us every step of the way from her first tour of our home until the last day after the closing papers were signed. Jolynn is absolutely amazing. My husband and I truly feel so lucky to have found her. We moved from Albuquerque, NM to Portland. We started looking for a home in Portland while we were still in Albuquerque. We were really interested in a particular home, and knowing how competitive the market was, we wanted to look at it as soon as possible. Jolynn said she would Facetime with us and give us a walk thru of the home. She spent an hour on Facetime walking us thru the property. I knew then and there that we were sold on her (and not that property). Anyway, once we moved to Portland we got started on the home search immediately. We spent three days with Jolynn, who drove us all around Portland neighborhoods looking at 5-7 homes per day. We even put the car seat in her car so our whole family could ride in one car ad look together. It was awesome.
